Hello there, I’m Adrian Tan.

I’m a Fractional CMO for HR businesses. I help HR-related businesses grow their online presence and generate leads through digital marketing strategies.

I’ve been in the HR industry for over 20 years, running businesses ranging from recruitment to career coaching to outplacement and consultancy. I’ve also worked for companies in Outplacement, HR Tech and HR certification.

Along the way, I’ve solved many problems for HR departments and become the go-to person for work-related matters.

I’m also a content creator and a media personality. I co-host Work It, a work-related podcast by Channel NewsAsia, where I also do many commentaries. I’ve created an online course on building a vast LinkedIn network. And I’m writing my second book on how to pivot to sustainable self-employment in mid-career.
